MADE to ORDER

To minimise waste, every piece of ARA adornment is made to order and has different turnaround time before posting.

Each product listing specifies the required turnaround time.

If you require something by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering to see what might be possible. 

Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together within the longest specified timescale.

READY to SHIP

Sometimes, ARA offers a small selection of pieces that will be ‘ready to ship’.

These pieces will be dispatched within 3 working days.

COLLECTION

For local clients, once your order has been made, it can be collected from Form Lifestyle Store in Manchester or Still Life Story in Stockport.

Select your preferred option at the checkout.

DELIVERY

ARA offers worldwide shipping via Royal Mail:

UK | First Class Signed For - £4

UK | Special Delivery - £7.95

International | Tracked and/or signed (destination dependent) - £10.95

Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ARA cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive e-mail notification and tracking information. If you cannot find your confirmation e-mails, please check your spam folder.

To help minimise waste, a delivery note will not be included within the package. However, if you would like this to be included, please get in touch to make this request when placing your order.

RETURNS

For made to order items, ARA is unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any problems with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch.
